This type of commission allows me to have more flexibility with testing out new brushes/techniques/etc while following a simple prompt provided by the commissioner.

These are a flat $30, you will be guaranteed at least a half body in this commission type but the overall look will be to my discretion.

Compared to other comms I'm willing to draw just about anything (within ethical reason) since I have more freedom to stylize things!

This is the only commission type where the commissioner will not see/ask for edits of the rough sketch.

I'll draw any species of animal (I'll also design humans/humanoids) for either simple or complex designs, including but not limited to: monsters, aliens, in-animate objects, etc.

No matter the style of commission the less detailed the prompt the more creative freedom I get with the designs.

I'll also design things after film characters, anime, books, etc. But I'm tentative on what series I'll work with so if this interests you, ask.

I'm willing to redesign characters you've made, the price for this would be determined case by case.

By commissioning me you agree to these terms. Terms are subject to change.

I can cancel and refund your commission at any time.

I can give a rough estimation of TAT based on commission type if requested.

I offer NSFW commissions but only if the commissioner is 18+.

You can under no circumstance use art commissioned by me to feed AI/make AI 'art'.

If you'll be making a design private I'd love a key, I like keeping track of my designs!

Commissions will be handled through paypal invoice. The invoice must be paid within 24 hours or I'll decline your commission. I expect all payment up front.

I will not be offering payment plans for commissions at this time.

Commissions priced at $150 or above can be refunded as long as it's asked for within 24 hours. If part of the commission has already been begun only half the price of the commission will be refunded. If the commission is completed there will be no refunds.

I reserve the rights to my work.

You can repost your commissioned work anywhere as long as I remain properly credited.

You aren't allowed to claim my artwork as your own.

I'm allowed to use your commission for the purpose of my portfolio/examples for commissions/etc. (Unless discussed beforehand that you want to remain anonymous).

If you want to use my artwork for something commercialized this must be declared upon commission acceptance and payment. Work of this type will accrue a commercial fee dependent on the commission type.

These rules apply to all characters I've made, commissions, adoptables, trades, and other people reselling/retrading my designs.

If you break any of my rules I'll remind you/warn you. Repeat offenses may result in being blacklisted from receiving designs/commissioning from me in the future.

While not a requirement, I highly suggest uploading the designs you get from me to toyhou.se so proper credit can always be assured. You can credit me as "dogdruid". If you do not have one I can provide you a code free of charge.

All payments will be made through Paypal/Cash App/Ko-Fi. USD only.

Once a character is paid for, you have complete ownership for it* - I reserve rights to the original artwork. (You may not profit off the original work itself but can profit from additional art or fursuits).

You can change designs up to a certain degree. If a character is/coded to be of color they may not be whitewashed. Designs that are fat or disabled must remain as such. Same goes for my trans designs. Failure to bear this in mind will result in immediately being blacklisted from my designs in the future. Otherwise you're free to change the designs however you like, even editing the original art itself.

Once you obtain a design I can no longer help with the prevention of theft so please watermark the photos with your own watermark.

Don't make copies of the design with the intention to sell, such as making siblings/original species/etc.

You can't take credit for the original design.

All sales are final, if you no longer want a design you can resell/regift/retrade*.

Currently my designs cannot be used for commercial purposes.

*You may never resell a character you received as a gift from me. You may regift/retrade, however.

I prefer you don't sell my designs for a price higher than originally paid UNLESS there's additional art provided.

Backgrounds that aren't a solid color or simple patterns will tack a $50+ price onto whatever commission is requested (price will depend on complexity as well as if they're rendered or not).

Prices without '+' are subject to change based on variables specific to complexity of design.

Adding additional character(s) to a piece will make it half of whatever the decided initial amount of the commission is (i.e if the price is $50 adding an additional character adds $25, making it $75 overall).

Transparent/Simple background

3-6 frames, containing simple animation like blinking/smiling/waving, etc.

1000 x 1000 or 500 x 500 for easy scalability.
